Terms of Service
By purchasing an eSIM data plan from , you agree to these terms. Plans are sold on a prepaid, fixed-data basis for the validity period shown at checkout; data does not roll over after expiry.
Device compatibility
It is your responsibility to confirm, before purchase, that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. Most phones sold on an active contract or installment plan are locked to that carrier and cannot install a second, independent eSIM until unlocked. We are not able to verify your device's compatibility or lock status before you buy, and we are not responsible for a device that cannot use a purchased eSIM for either reason.
Network availability and speed
Coverage, speed, and network type (3G/4G/5G) depend on the local mobile networks our supplier partners with in your destination, and are outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific speed, latency, or uninterrupted coverage, including in remote areas, indoors, or during local network outages.
Activation and refunds
Activation timing depends on the plan's activation policy, shown on your install page: some plans start on first network connection at your destination, others start as soon as the eSIM is installed.
If we are unable to provision your eSIM after payment, we will automatically refund you in full to your original payment method. Refunds are issued through Stripe once confirmed.
Once an eSIM has been successfully provisioned and installed, the purchase is final and non-refundable — including if you are subsequently unable to use it because your device is locked, incompatible, already has the maximum number of eSIMs installed, or for any other reason within your control. Please review device compatibility before installing.
Currency and taxes
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Any taxes, duties, or foreign transaction fees charged by your card issuer or payment provider are your responsibility and are not included in the displayed price.
Service availability
We aim to keep available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the service, or specific destinations/plans, without notice, including due to supplier or payment-provider outages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
